Each bedroom has its own air-conditioner and there are ceiling fans throughout.  All windows and the verandah are fully fly-screened.  The villa enjoys an elevated position with a good breeze, so the heat is usually not unbearable and there are many fewer bugs than nearer the beach.

There is a large selection of paperbacks, mostly in English and mostly thrillers, plus a number of board games and cards.  There are also beach toys (buckets, spades, woggles etc) for the children and some bricks and toys for younger children.

There is a charcoal barbeque which is kept on the front deck.

The villa has a dual electricity supply, both 110 and 220 volts, so you can use both American and English appliances.

There are 2 folding chairs and a cold pack which may be taken to the beach, along with any of the beach toys.

The villa boasts a very large selection of kitchen equipment, including a full-sized cooker, microwave, toaster, food processor, coffee maker, kettle, fridge-freezer, washer/dryer and dishwasher. It is also well-provided with pans, crockery, cutlery, dishes, glasses and much more.

All bed linen, tea towels and towels are provided, including beach towels.

Local sims are available for your mobile phone with a pay-as-you go card from many outlets including one at the bottom of Shaw’s Road.

Wireless internet access and tv are provided.

The water is safe to drink.
